What we collect
We collect information that families or learners provide when requesting a trial, registering, creating an account, joining a class, making a payment, or contacting us. This may include contact name, email, phone number, learner display name, age or birth year, preferred schedule, program choice, learning goals, attendance, progress notes, class participation information, and payment-related identifiers.
Children's information
Mini Spanish Club offers programs for children. A parent or legal guardian should submit information for a child and supervise account creation and participation where appropriate. We do not ask children to submit more personal information than is reasonably necessary for the learning service.
How we use information
We use information to schedule and deliver classes, communicate with families, manage accounts and enrollments, track learning progress, process purchases, prevent misuse, support users, and improve the service.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database services, live-class technology, payments, email delivery, and website operations. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services under their own terms and security practices.
Payments
Payment transactions may be processed by PayPal. Mini Spanish Club does not store full payment card numbers in its application database.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Parents may contact us to request review, correction, or deletion of a child's personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
